Jane's Defense & Aerospace News/Analysis (File 587) is changing the file format to XML. Some records now contain images. A number of new Jane's journals will be available. In addition, some new fields will be available for new records:

Images in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry News Database (PHIND Daily)

Beginning on January 1, 2010, images (a photo, logo, or graph) were included in some stories for File 130 (PHIND Daily). File 130 will have the following new field:

• The images will only be displayed in Format 19.
• In non-Web versions of Dialog, the URL to the image will be displayed.
• In Web versions of Dialog, the image will be displayed at the end of the document.

ICC British Financial Datasheets design changes

ICC British Financial Datasheets (File 562) has added new fields. These changes became effective with updates and company replacements from October 6 onward.  The first of the pending weekly updates (UD=20091010) was made available on December 17.  The remaining updates are currently being processed and should be available within the next 1-2 weeks.
