Installation Instructions
Installing Dialog OnDisc on Windows 95/98/2000
- Select Run from the Start menu. Use the Browse feature
to locate the directory where you stored the Dialog OnDisc software.
This example uses C:\TEMP as the directory.
- The command line will display: C:\TEMP\SETUP. Click OK.
- The program displays copyright and installation information. Click
Next to continue.
- The dialog screen displays the default drive and directory (C:\Program
files\ONDISC) where it will store the program installed. Use the browse
button if you want to change the default name of the directory; otherwise,
click Next to use the default and continue.
- The last screen prompts you for where you want the Dialog OnDisc
icon to be located. Click the option specifying where you want the
program icon displayed and click Finish.
- To start the application, double-click the Dialog OnDisc icon.

on a LAN
- Select Run from the Start menu. Using C:\TEMP as the
name of the directory where you stored the Dialog OnDisc software,
enter C:\TEMP\SETUP ADMIN.
- The program confirms that you are doing an admin installation. Click
OK to continue.
- The dialog screen displays the default drive and directory (C:\Program
files\ONDISC) where it will store the program installed. Use the browse
button if you want to change the default name of the directory; otherwise,
click Next to use the default and continue.
- The last screen prompts you for where you want the Dialog OnDisc
icon to be located. Click the option specifying where you want the
program icon displayed and click Finish.
Note: This update does not require a LAN Client reinstallation.
