Key Countries Report

Select Key Countries Report from the "select report type" drop down menu |
IN SUMMARY: report shows trade for individual products or product groups, imports and exports, all TradStat reporting countries in one report, no trading partner details.
This report is designed as a starting point. Total imports and exports are shown for your chosen product for all 26 reporting countries. Use this format to identify which countries are involved in a market, who the major players are, and the average prices of your products around the world.

Region Report (EU)

IN SUMMARY: report shows trade for individual products or product groups, imports or exports. European Union countries, all EU trading partners.
In this report you find a detailed picture of trade for your product for the European Union as a single trading unit.
You can select either imports or exports. TradStat will consolidate trade for all of the European Union member countries into the single report, and show all their trading partners, worldwide.
As we add more countries to TradStat we will extend this format to offer other regions (Asia, for example).

Sector Breakdown Report

IN SUMMARY: total trade breakdown within a sector (for example, all products in the dairy sector), imports or exports, any of the TradStat countries, no trading partner details.
Make use of this report to find the total trade for each product within a sector. The format brings together an overview of an industry as well as detailed information on specific products within that industry.
Using a truncated code you can run one report that details either imports or exports for any of the TradStat countries over a range of months or years.
The target country must be one of the 26 TradStat countries. You cannot run a DEDUCED SECTOR BREAKDOWN REPORT.

Imports/Exports Report

IN SUMMARY: report shows trade for individual products or product groups, imports and exports, 1 target country and all trading partners worldwide.
This is the most cost-effective and comprehensive report available. As the name suggests, both import and export data for your product is shown in the same report. This means only one report needs to be run, saving you time and money.
Use this format to see a balance of trade for a single month or year, or range of months or years.

Trend Report

IN SUMMARY: report shows trade for individual products or product groups, 1 target country and all trading partners worldwide.
The Trend report is designed for looking at shifts in trade. This can be over a period of months or years. A report details either imports or exports of a product for a single country. Full trading-partner details are given.

Deduced Reports
Background: TradStat has 26 reporting countries that provide data from their respective official customs or national statistical offices. The reporting countries are:

Austria
Brazil
Belgium/Luxembourg
Canada
China
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Hong Kong
Ireland |

Japan
Netherlands
Norway
Portugal
South Korea
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland

United Kingdom

By selecting any of these countries, you can obtain imports and/or exports to and from all trading partners worldwide. As all trading partners are reported, this enables you to deduce trade for any country, worldwide. The official imports from the 26 reporting countries are combined to show a mirrror image of a nonreporting country's exports and vice versa.
Countries can be quickly identified via the 'select a
target country' drop down menu. Click the country name, then click
'next' to add the country to report template. In expert search, click
'country code search' to view list of countries. Click the country
name, then 'copy to target' to add the country to report template.
